"It was okay, but kind of dry"
I used WebCE for a required course and, I don’t know, it got the job done but wasn’t exactly engaging. The content felt dry in a lot of places, and some sections seemed a little outdated. A few parts were fine and easy enough to get through, but overall I felt like it didn’t explain things as clearly as it could have

"Easy to get through the courses"
webce was really easy to use. I didn’t have to dig around to find what I needed, and the course pages were simple to follow. I also liked that I could log back in and pick up right where I left off. It made getting my CE done way less frustrating than I thought it would be.

I tried using webce.com on my phone and it was mostly fine, I guess. Some of the pages felt a little squished, and a few of the buttons were annoying to tap unless I zoomed in. It still worked, so it’s not like it’s bad, but because I had to keep zooming, it kind of felt like the whole site was better for a laptop. I’d probably just do the courses on my computer next time, even though the phone version technically gets the job done

I had a question about my webce course not showing correctly, and I was a little worried I was going to get the runaround or some canned reply that didn’t help. I’ve been fooled by “support” before, so I wasn’t expecting much when I sent the message.
But they got back to me quickly and it was clear they actually read what I wrote. The person helped me fix it in just a few minutes, and I was able to get back to finishing my credits without extra stress. It was a relief dealing with support that didn’t make things more complicated.

I used WebCE for my CE courses, and from what I remember, it was pretty much what I needed. The material stayed on topic and didn’t feel packed with a bunch of random filler, which I appreciated. I don’t recall every little section, but I do remember it being easy to follow and relevant to the kind of work I do. I’d use it again.

"Easy way to stay on top of license updates"
I’ve been using WebCE mostly to keep up with regulatory updates for my license, and so far it’s been straightforward. I think I started using it sometime last year, or maybe the year before, but either way it’s made things a lot easier. The updates are explained in normal language instead of sounding like a bunch of legal fine print. Some sections are a little boring, but that’s kind of expected with this type of thing. Overall, it saves me time and I feel less stressed about accidentally missing something important.

I had to cancel my course and expected the refund process to be annoying, but it ended up being really straightforward. The money came back quicker than I thought it would, and support answered my question without making it awkward or complicated. Nothing over-the-top, just a smooth process. "Helpful support, even with a little wait"
Support was actually helpful and got me unstuck faster than I expected. I did have to wait a bit for a reply, which was kind of annoying, but once they got back to me, they explained things clearly. I was stuck on something that probably should’ve been simple, but anyway, they walked me through it and I was able to keep going

"Login works, but it’s a little frustrating"
I was able to get into my account eventually, but logging in took a few tries and didn’t always load right away. The password reset worked, just a bit slower than I expected. It’s not terrible, but it could definitely be smoother when you’re just trying to get to your courses, if that makes sense
